Perfect Tune App Stopped Working

Post by S_Murrin » Fri Aug 24, 2018 8:05 am

I had the DSP and sub installed about 5 weeks ago in my 2018 Sonata and the app worked fine at first. When i first open it there is a pop-up that says "Perfect Tune does not support the current display setting and may behave unexpectedly", but that message has always come up and I just hit OK and it would still work so I could adjust the sub...all of a sudden yesterday it won't work anymore. I hit OK once, the message now comes up a 2nd time, hit OK again and the adjustment circle is grayed out. I tried uninstalling it and reinstalling and not only did it not fix it, but it reset the sub to full power and now I can't adjust it. Anybody run into this and figure out how to fix it?

there was an update to the app maybe a couple days ago (I saw it update mine), I wonder if that update had a bug in it? get a hold of the Rockford Fosgate guys and let them know of the issue since they are the ones that developed the app.
