No sound for OnStar and no satellite radio retention
I have a 2013 Chevrolet Cruze that has factory onstar and xm radio. I have a Pioneer AVH 4200nex head unit. As far as onstar goes, it functions but I don’t have any sound. And for my factory XM radio retention. It doesn’t exist for some reason. It’s just greyed out on my head unit. The option is there. Just can’t click it as it is grey. Help please

Satellite radio is not able to be retained in this platform.
As for the OnStar audio, there is an audio cable that is supposed to run between the maestro and the radio. It is all black, with a 3-pin connector on one end, and a 3.5mm on the other end. That cable might not be installed, or it might be in the wrong port. Make sure it is plugged into AUX on the radio.

Thank you
I’m thinking the installer hooked that audio cable up incorrectly. I will give that a shot on my next day off.

I ended up taking a look and it turns out my installer apparently didn’t even include the 3.5mm audio cable in the installation. I can’t find that cable anywhere. Pretty sure my installer jacked my cable or accidentally threw it away after install.
Where can I get a new one aux cable? I will be installing myself this time.
