2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited

Post by shakesula » Sat Jun 09, 2018 6:20 pm

Hi everyone, one quick question.

I have a 2011 JGC limited with factory sub and backup camera. I have everything working, including backup camera, we are only missing the steering wheel controls. I need to know where the Blue/Yellow wire goes from the blue connector on the Maestro.

Currently Installed:
Pioneer AVH 2300 NEX
Maestro ADS-MRR
HRN-RR-CH1 adapter
HRN-AV-CH1 adapter
Metra 40-EU10

Any help is greatly appreciated.

The blue cable you're referring to shouldn't be used at all. If you have something plugged into the W/R on the back of the pioneer, remove it. That is likely keeping your steering wheel controls from working properly. Does the light on the maestro blink when it sees you pushing a button on the steering wheel?

The W/R input on the Pioneer has the Maestro's black wire plugged into it, will remove and report back. Will also check for blinking light, thanks!
