2011 Ford F150 Pioneer AVH-X490BS

Where does the blue wire from the Blue E Port (Steering Wheel Controls) connect to? There is no place for it? Instructions are unclear.

It is not used on your install. Tape or cap it off.

No- those are part of sync, and Sync cannot be retained with this radio. To keep Sync, you must use one of the radios found on this list:
