I'm sorry- i thought he contacted you? He has been mentioning getting ahold of you to see your vehicle and fix it. If we don't have access to a vehicle that is equipped with these features and having issues, it is unlikely we'll ever get it resolved.

I just checked with him, and he has been unable to track down this exact vehicle for testing. Sadly, it's a very difficult trim to come by, so it'd unlikely we'd be able to find one to get to the bottom of the issue.
