older vw1 harness without obd2 connector

Post by Mike Liechty » Sat Nov 10, 2018 2:08 pm

I have an older version of a HRN-RR-VW1 harness Rev1.21-14/05/28, it does not have the obd2 PLUG. the obd2 wire colors are green/white, brown/yellow, brown/red, I will need to hardwire these to the obd2 in a 2007 Audi A4, my question is.. what pins and what colors do I match to the Audi's obd2??

Brown/Red - Pin 6 at the OBD2
Brown/Yellow - Pin 14 at the OBD2

Pins 6 and 14 are populated on top of each other, and the wires are often twisted, so it should be pretty straight-forward locating the wires.
Green/White is not connected
