2014 Subaru XV CRosstreck

Post by patrickhl » Sat Dec 16, 2017 11:39 am

I purchased a Maestro RR and the SU1 wiring harness from Crutchfields after talking to one of there Tech support. They said the RR and the SU1 harness was compatible with the car. Here is there Crutchfield fitment web page that list 2013 - 2015 XV CRosstreck. https://www.crutchfield.com/p_794HRRSU1 ... u1&tp=3486 After completing the wiring to the harness I realized I was looking at the wrong wiring diagram. At that time I noticed that the SU1 is not compatible with the CRosstreck per your website. Is there a firmware and wiring diagram that might work with this car? Or do I need to return it to Crutchfields ?

The SU1 harness will not work for your vehicle. You would have to hardwire the RR module to a 3rd party aftermarket wiring harness to get vehicle gauges and retain steering wheel controls. The instructions are below
