Will not flash module on StartX Remote Starter

I am having a problem with the Weblink Uploader. When I download the updater it says download successful. Then when I try to flash the module it says Weblink Updater plugin required. Any idea what the hell is going on. StartX support has ignored 7 emails, tried calling, but no answer on any of their phone extensions. Any help would be appreciated. Dhenson11@hotmail.com
