2014 Chevrolet Traverse bose

I did the install on my own 2014 chevy traverse almost a year ago, with the kenwood DDX8906S, i have bose system but I have just one issue my factory subwoofer doesn't play, when was at knoledgefest long beach ca, I ask to one of the guy of the idatalink how can I fix my issue and he recommend me an update, I barely did the update but still no sub woofer sound by the way the t harness have printed the ver 5.20. any body have any suggestion?

Not every bose vehicle has a dedicated subwoofer output from the OEM radio. Have you tried adjusting the speaker output crossovers to full range and see if the subwoofer starts playing?
