2018 370z with kenwood dnx692

Post by majestic370z »

im having a bit of trouble understanding the wiring between the maestro and the factory harness. where it says the connector is behind the radio, is that the connector the aftermarket deck connects to or another one?the 3 wires in step 2 doesnt correspond to anything i have and also the 2 wires for vss and radio accessory wire, dont seem to have those either. to clearify, i have a 2018 370z without nav with bluetooth. basic deck.

Imagine you just removed your factory radio and haven't done any wiring back there yet. The connector we're talking about is the main 20-pin plug that hooked to your OEM radio. You have to splice into the steering wires on the nissan side of the connector because aftermarket harness companies do not populate wires in those pins.
