2015 Focus Pioneer DMH-2660NEX

Post by jduchette »

Good afternoon and thanks for giving me a hand!

Installed and unable to get any audio out on phone calls, have nothing currently connected to the Mic port on the Pioneer as directions stated it was not needed. I do have a connection to the aux port from the RR

callers say they can hear me but I am unable to hear them.

Re flashed RR twice with no change

Thanks!

Joe

Are you paired to Sync and trying to use that for phone calls? If so, ensure the audio cable (all black, 3 pin to 3.5mm cable) is connected to the AUX of the pioneer.

When you press the Voice button on the steering wheel, do you get the sync chime/prompt?

If there is no prompt, then it sounds like the audio connection from the RR to the radio either came unplugged, or is in the wrong spot on the RR side or the radio itself.
