Sometime W4400 will show an information then shutdown and restart automatically
the information is about :maestro funtion ...balabala (information disappear immediately )

Your flash from 12/12 failed. Flash the RR again as a Ford F150 and plug into the car and cycle power to reset the maestro. Once done flash again for your vehicle and while connecting to the vehicle hold the button down on the maestro until the LED starts flashing rapidly. Cycle power on and off wait 60 seconds and turn vehicle back on and test.

thanks for your reply

Can't I just reflash RR V2.7 angin ?
or just reset RR then reflash RR V2.7

because I don't understand what is "Flash the RR again as a Ford F150"
is that mean I need to flash RR and choose Ford F150 as my car then put it on

then flash it again and choose prius in second time

Not sure if the re flash helped your issue. The message your getting says" function not available. Maestro disconnected. check maestro connection.
You didn't say what you were using on your Pioneer unit at the time. If you were streaming music while using carplay the issue might be with the Pioneer and not your Maestro.

I am having the same problem with a pioneer avh-w4400nex and a toyota tundra, would the solution be the same as mentioned above?

I have this problem again !
Since reflash RR in December, it did not reboot for a while
but last week wireless carplay did not work automatically (usually wireless carplay will auto-connection as I turn on car)
I try to reset carplay & pioneer wifi setting then restart iphone
then wireless carplay automatically connection comeback but it does reboot randomly

The rebooting occurred while streaming music via carplay

The connection with Carplay is not something that we are involved with. That is an issue specifically with the radio and your phone.
