Second Center Screen Support

Post by dbsandis »

When I installed an apple car play system, including steering wheel integration in a 2016 Tundra, I lost the video integration to the secondary screen in front of the steering wheel. Has anyone developed such an integration. I'm interested in upgrading my Toyota Tacoma I just purchased, but don't want to lose the center screen, which conveniently supplies various system status, and navigation, mileage, and other functions?

You would get the most accurate representation of features that will be retained by putting your information in the vehicle selector and choosing the radio you wish to use in that radio section. The feature you are looking for is called "secondary vehicle display" in the list of features that are supported. This varies by both vehicle make/model/year as well as factory audio trim and aftermarket radio you are using.
