2014 Tundra w/AVH-2550 NEX lacking gauge support

Post by J. Tomberlin »

have a 2014 Tundra non-JBL and without an amp and recently had the Maestro RR and t harness installed along with a Pioneer AVH-2550NEX and a remote start unit. Just about everything is working great, except that many of the seemingly basic gauges are not supported - such as fuel level. Does Maestro really not support fuel level for my vehicle or is there a work around?

We only read the data from the vehicle that is present. It is possible for the PID to show when we query the vehicle to see what gauges are on the network, but there not be any data passed along with that PID. Every vehicle is different, and it is impossible to say what gauges will and wont be present in any specific application.
