2007 Sebring wire harness question

Post by montlittle@yahoo.com »

installing Pioneer AVH2550NEX in a 2007 Sebring. Have a CH1 T Harness and have 2 questions:

STEP 3 Instructions say plug "Plug the female RED connector to the male BLACK connector. They don't exist. There is a female black and a male red. Any ideas what to do here?

STEP 5 Instructions for ODBII connector. Instructions say connect the wires from the CH1 harness but it has a female black connector with the Red/Brown and Yellow/Brown wires. I have the wire connector that connects to the ODB plug and has a male connector. I assume I should connect those since the wire colors match the instructions??

Thanks for any help.
