We've had two antennas now that when connected to the weblink gives us an eror message " MODULE NOT CONNECTED" Is there something we're missing. I've used two different computers and two different Weblink updaters.
* NOTE: the CPU has no issues updating or connecting with the hardware.

Generally speaking, if a device does not detect but other devices detect properly, then you have a bad antenna.
