Weblink and iDatastart Antenna Programming

Post by velocitymotorsports » Wed Dec 04, 2019 6:27 pm

We've had two antennas now that when connected to the weblink gives us an eror message " MODULE NOT CONNECTED" Is there something we're missing. I've used two different computers and two different Weblink updaters.

* NOTE: the CPU has no issues updating or connecting with the hardware.

Generally speaking, if a device does not detect but other devices detect properly, then you have a bad antenna.
