i may have mis-spoke about the sequence, turn the radio to the Off position (where it's still lit up) then get the sensors beeping, then turn the volume control up/down to adjust the volume of the beeps.

To be thorough, I reflashed the unit this morning. I an now able to adjust the chimes. Only concern now is the loud pop when the sensors turn on. Thanks!
