Subwoofer Control Unavailable

Post by fooldog01 » Thu May 23, 2019 9:45 pm

I have a 2017 Focus and I tried using the OEM bass slider as a subwoofer control for a while. I decided I wanted the master eq back so I flashed the unit back to "none" on every oem control option. The master EQ opened back up but the subwoofer Slider is still grayed out in perfect tune. It says "maestro warning" when it connects and tells me the sub control is unavailable because it's configured with oem controls, which is not accurate. I've tried reflashing multiple times and it is still doing this. Before I tried the OEM bass slider as the control, the sub slider in perfect tune worked fine. I brought this up to Rockford when we were troubleshooting a PLC2 and they told me this is on the maestro side and I need to sort it out first.

I'm on all the newest firmwares.

We recently found this issue and the engineer is working to update all the firmwares to fix it. He says it should be up by this afternoon.

Beta firmware has been pushed to your account. Please go and flash the DSR1 by User Firmware v2.3 and report back
