Can you confirm that the RCA labeled Back-Up Camera from the TO1 harness is plugged into the Brown RC or BC input on the Pioneer Radio? Thank You!

when I turned on the ignition and when I shifted to reverse the camera suddenly appeared kind of weird ,thanks a lot for your advise.

I have another issue ,

Everything works perfectly now on my steering wheel, but when I used the head unit buttons(PIONEER) to volume up and down or other buttons of my head unit my steering wheel control begun not to work.

But when I turn off and on my ignition my steering wheel works again but when I start pressing the head unit buttons no responds again from steering wheel.

reflashed 2x

updated the head unit firmware

still wont work.

Kindly advise,

thanks in advance

You have something plugged into the WR port of the radio. Remove whatever it is and test again. You should be good after that
