2018 Dodge Journey SE Flashlogic FLRSCH10 Issue

I purchased a flashlogic flrsch10 last year and have been trying to get it so that I can program it to use on my 2018 Dodge Journey SE. I'm at the point where I am trying to find a spot locally to have it installed.

When looking online everyone mentioned to get the flashlogic flrsch10 for the car as it is plug and play.

Well it hasn't worked for me unfortunately.

When I get to step 3 where it should flash green once, it doesn't.

I have re-flash it, and the computer says it's ready to program and nothing.

Any ideas??? Thanks
