2015 Chevy Silverado

2015 Chevy Silverado
Pioneer AVH-W4400NEX and iDatalink Maestro ADS-MRR purchased from Crutchfield

Had the stereo installed at a shop. The factory backup camera was not connected during the initial install, they couldn't figure out how to connect it.
Went to a different shop a few weeks later and they finally figured out how to connect it. The cam now works when in reverse, but the backup cam lines that were present with the factory radio are missing.
Crutchfield service chat assures me that they should still show with the equipment I purchased.
Wondering if because the cam was not connected during the initial set up, if that may be the issue.

Would the Module Master Reset correct this issue and is that different from a factory reset of the Maestro?
What exactly does the Module Master Reset do?

Any assistance or guidance would be appreciated. Thank you.

Unfortunately in the Silverado the OEM radio is responsible for adding the parking lines to the camera and when you remove the radio the lines go too. We do have the ability to add dynamic parking lines (they move when you turn the steering wheel) to the camera however that is for only select compatible Kenwood/JVC radio models.
