2008 Ford Mustang V6 w/Shaker500 - Pioneer AVH-W4400NEX

I am installing a Pioneer AVH-W4400NEX in my 2008 Ford Mustang to replace the factory radio, retaining the Shaker 500 amp. I flashed the Maestro RR and have everything hooked up but the AVH-W4400NEX won't power on. The Maestro RR is getting power but the red light is flashing twice. I contacted my supplier and we checked the data cable and also reset and reflashed the RR. They are sending a replacement Maestro RR out.

While I wait for the replacement to arrive, just wondering if there are any other troubleshooting steps that i can take using a meter on either the FO1 harness or the outputs from the RR. Which pins should have a voltage in order for the radio to register with the Maestro?

Double check the radios serial number. you'll have to power up the radio on a bench but when you do you will need to go to the information screen that shows the serial/device number. Make sure that this number is the same that you inputted when you were flashing the Maestro. I've seen it before where the internal number is slightly off from what is listed on the box or even on the outside of the radio.
