2010 Prius w/o JBL
I saw a post concerning an issue with a 2011 Prius that was described exactly like my problem. I installed a Pioneer MVH2400NEX with the Maestro RR. The problem is this: When the car is shut off, the radio stays on and the car beeps upon exiting, as if you left the keys in the ignition. My fix was to disconnect the red 12V ACC wire on the harness that connects to the Pioneer. It worked and the radio has all normal functions. But, I am not comfortable with this "bandaid" fix. In the post I saw the person was using a Kenwood with the Mestro RR. Same fix?

on your TO1 harness you are going to need to remove the step up resistor that jumps across the 12v ACC wire and the K-Line wire. It is located under the white QC sticker under the tape. Cut all the tape and you will see where the two wires are joined together. simply remove the resistor and tape everything up

I have removed the resistor and taped up the wires and I still have the same problem as described above. Help needed.

On your t-harness, there is a white 12-pin connector, and there is a red wire from that connector that is feeding into the car. I have seen this once before, also in a Prius; Cut that red wire and insulate it, and that should take care of it.
