2018 denali issues

I have no sound after installing an alpine i209 in my 2018 Sierra Denali with factory bose , I also have the kcx bose gm module installed to retain the factory bose system but still no sound , any ideas?

on the Bose adapter from Alpine, is there a 4 pin connector with a set of white and gray wires on it that isn't connected to anything?

Yes there is but I do have it connected to the main harness

Is it possible that my kcx bose gm interface module is defective ?

It's a mass produced product, so of course that's a possibility. This part is made by Alpine, so I recommend contacting them for support. The maestro doesn't play any part in the issue you're having.
