2016 Honda Accord Available Features

Post by Steve16Accord » Tue Nov 06, 2018 12:54 pm

Just installed the Maestro RR in a 2016 Honda Accord Sport. Car has an aftermarket head unit (Pioneer AVH-2440NEX). The steering wheel controls work and I can view gauges among other things. However, I was hoping I’d be able to view tire pressures. The car does not have this feature from the factory, but it was my understanding that the Maestro RR would still be able to display that information based on data collected from the OBD2 port. This feature would be tremendously helpful to have available. Is there something that can be connected or added on to enable the tire pressure feature? Is this something that could be incorporated in a firmware update?

Thank you.

Hey Steve, I have a ‘16 Accord too. How did they install your maestro RR? Did they hard wire it into the car?

That's how has to be done in this solution, because we currently do not make a honda harness that supports this vehicle.
