2011 GMC Acadia w/Bose no rear sound

Post by Iceman74 » Sun Sep 23, 2018 9:51 pm

The rear speakers on my GMC 2011 Acadia with Bose sporadically keeps losing sound. When I do a reset of the Maestro on a Kenwood DMX 7704s, the sound does come back (sometimes), but the sound is very tiny (considering the volume is set to 25 or 40]. It seems as if once all power is removed, I get sound from my rear speakers at the actual volume level. Could this possibly be a bad MRR? Any ideas to fix this would be gladly appreciated.

we talked this morning but here is what I recommend: going into the AV menu of the Kenwood radio and go to the OEM Setup menu, click Vehicle Features, then to Rear Seat Audio Controls then click "disable". Let's see if that helps with the audio dropping out.
