RR and radio will not turn on

purchased thru crutchfield, with pre assembled wiring harness. I am not getting power at the red Acc wire. Yellow has constant power. 08 Dodge ram 2500 diesel. I updated the RR via the website and showed it was successful. Kenwood DNR1007XR will not turn on. no power at red acc wire either. If I use a jumper wire I can get the radio to turn on, but no steering wheel controls or anything the RR is controlling. Not sure what is wrong. I verified the under hood fuse is good. number 11.

What is the light on the maestro doing?

When in the truck there is no light on the maestro. I had a green light on when I flashed it.

Have you tried doing a reset of the maestro?

Crutchfield sent me an RR and an RR2. I have tried both with equal results.

any help please? I plugged my old radio pro rp4-ch11 into my trucks harness and I am getting voltage on the red signal wire. I now believe the truck is good. but something in the harness is bad??

There is a white sticker on the CH2 harness, can you snap a picture of both sides and attach it here?

No worries that will do.
Do you have a multimeter? what I'd like to do is meter the voltage on the yellow and red wires that are in the 3 pin connector with the black wire while the vehicle is running to see what have there.

Negative, The RR2 was not supplying power to the radio nor was it powering up itself. I traced the data wires that trigger the power and found the issue. Made repairs and completed the install.
