Greetings,

I am a home jobber that has purchased this product as a non-professional for personal use. I need assistance with troubleshooting the issue I am seeing with the HCX module that I installed in my 2018 Alfa Romeo Giulia.

Why I need to be a 12VOLT professional, whatever that is, is beyond me. I have an associates degree in electronics, and over 20 years of IT experience. I personally think that I qualify to work on 12VOLT systems and can be trusted with access to this support resource.
