Hyundai Santa Fe Steering Controls Do Not Work

Hi All,
I have a 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe without amplifier. I purchased a Pioneer AVH-2550-NEX and all the required accessories for the Maestro RR. My issue is the steering control buttons and back-up camera worked once and the factory aux and usb ports in the car never worked. I flashed the Maestro to the current firmware, I flashed the radio to the current firmware, there is nothing plugged into the WR port. Re-checked the datalink cable tested it for any hidden breaks.

I did notice that the maestro light does not flash green when buttons are selected and on the initial startup the led flashes red a series of 5 times then goes green. I checked the other features of the Maestro like the OBDII features in the the stereo, they do work. I do not know if the firmware flash of the stereo jacked it up. I could not re-flash it to see if the firmware version 8.10 caused it. I turned the source to "OFF" to look for steering wheel controls in the stereo settings there were none. Please help thanks!!!

What is the serial number of your maestro? I need to check your module programming, but am unable to find any flashing history under your forum email address.

Have you tried doing a reset on the RR yet? This can be done through the setup of the radio. Setup > OEM Setup > Maestro Settings > Maestro Module > Master Reset

Yes Sir, I reflashed it, did the hard reset using the button on the side, and did the master reset through the radio. It still did not work.

Do you have the OBD2 connector plugged in? If you had it connected and subsequently unplugged it, you'd lose camera and possibly steering wheel controls. It might be best if you give a call into tech support when you're in the car so we can go over wiring; it will be a lot faster and easier to come to a resolution.

Also, I am a woman.
