I have not tried Waze yet. I can test it out and see if I can get a video of it.

Update: If you would, please re-flash your module. The engineer made a few changes to it last-minute on Friday, and it may fix your issue. Please give that a shot and let us know!

I have been testing the new Firmware and posting in the Tundras.com forum under https://www.tundras.com/threads/2020-an ... ues.81978/

And this is what I have found with my Truck:

Ver 1.9 & 2.0 act the same. Ver 1.8 dims the music but comes back normal volume but no announcements from maps or waze. Ver 1.9 & 2.0 have a high pitch hum and does do announcements but it cuts any other audio completely out of the front speakers, and it also seems that the volume is lower when the head unit volume is at 40 compared to Ver. 1.8 at 40. And the audio sounds cleaner on Ver 1.8.

Do these updates address random no audio when truck is started issue? I have two customers with this issue in 2020 push button tundra's. To get audio radio needs reboot.

Reporting that the 2.0 update fixed my issue with the nav audio cutting out the first second of audio. So far, I have not experienced any other issues.

When the nav audio speaks does it dim your music and completely cut it out from the front speakers. And is there a high pitch hum?

I think the music does completely cut out in the front but I have not noticed a high pitch hum.

Is there any update to this issue with the latest firmware? Or is it a lost cause?

I don't think we've had any other reports of issues with the newest firmware, so there aren't any updates to report. Are you having issues? If so, could you post a video of them so I can show the engineers?
