I can’t seem to find the cable to update the maestro rr via computer. How do I go about getting another one? Or what kind of cable is it?

Just a standard USB micro or mini, depending on age of your RR. Make sure it's not a "charge-only" cable, as they won't have the data connections necessary to flash an RR.

Great thanks! Worked perfectly and so far no issues. Time will tell of course but it’s already working longer than before.
