I can’t seem to find the cable to update the maestro rr via computer. How do I go about getting another one? Or what kind of cable is it?

Just a standard USB micro or mini, depending on age of your RR. Make sure it's not a "charge-only" cable, as they won't have the data connections necessary to flash an RR.
