once the engineers have a fix we will let everyone know. They are aware that we have customer waiting for the update.

We had to find one of these vehicles for testing, and finding one of these in Montreal proved quite difficult. We actually have the car today, and just finished up testing on it.

If you re-flash your RR, the new firmware on the website should fix this.

have the deck out again, trying to reflash, nothing in flash from favorites, have to start all over with my custom mappings of buttons. and it keeps saying invalid serial number when entering the number i am reading right from the deck that is in my hands!

ffs why can't it remember this stuff, why have a web login of its not going to save f all.....

Tried about 10 more times, finally worked, still miffed about having to re configure the buttons.

And the radio stays on until the doors are open!

We do not retain VES or uConnect in the CH2 platform.

In the CH1 solution, the only vehicles that are able to keep VES are the Grand Caravan and Town & Country. In all other cases, the AV-CH1 connector is just used to keep the backup camera for you.
