No rear sound 2009 Suburban No Bose

Post by bwiggins1985 »

I have put together the maestro for my Kenwood DDX6902S. It seams to be working. I have no sound in my rear speakers. I also found out that the factory microphone doesn't work with the datalink. I will have to pick up another microphone so I can use my phone. I have not installed the console or the rear entertainment system back as I am installing a sub under the console. Is there a reason why I have no rear sound in my rear speakers? I have checked the connections and they are good from the harness to the maestro.

If you have the rear entertainment system, the audio to the rear speakers runs through that. Having it removed would likely cause you to have no rear audio.
