07 Tahoe audio cable for RR?

Post by R1_Demon »

Hello,

On the instructions for my Maestro RR for my 2007 Tahoe LT with factory amp, it shows to plug the audio cable into port D on the RR and then it says to connect the 3.5mm end into the Pioneer AVIC-8200NEX radio. Where? Which audio port do I plug it into? It looks like the radio has a Aux port, a W/R port and a Rear Audio port on the back. Which one do I plug the RR into? I don’t want to plug it into the wrong one and have to yank it all out again.

Thanks,
Mat

you will plug the audio cable in at the AUX In of the Pioneer radio.

Bill,

Thank you so much for the info. I’m curious, what does this connection do? What is it used for?

Again, thank you.

The audio cable brings in the audio from Onstar and the audio from the OEM satellite tuner if you are retaining the OEM satellite radio.
