I had received my iDataLink Maestro RR with my i207-wra. Followed all the steps, installed the radio and the unit and everything worked. This was back in December 2018. This week Alpine sent me a replacement radio because mine died. I swapped out the radios without touching the iDataLink. I'm not getting any vehicle information anymore. I go into the settings on the radio and select the Maestro, and it doesn't find it.

Should I have needed to reflash the unit? What step might I have missed? I did check all the connections and everything is snug.

You will need to reflash the Maestro and enter the new s/n of the radio.

The maestro needs to be re-flashed with the new radio's information, or the radio and RR will not be able to communicate with each other. Simply re-flash the module, hit edit on step 3, and re-enter the radio information. Finish the flash, and everything should be working when you re-install it.
