2012 Cadillac Escalde ESV Kenwood headunit display issues and sound

I have a 2012 Escadale ESV. I installed a Kenwood dnx695s the rear overhead tvs only one shows video the other is powered up but no signal. help please

Which harness did you use; the GM2 or GM5? You will need to manually connect the 'to overhead video' RCA to the second set of video wires. In vehicles with 3rd row video, the wires for the monitor are in a different plug.

In GM5 applicatoins, the 3rd row monitor video feed is in Connector X2; Pin 4, light green (vid+), and Pin 12 white(vid-).

In GM2 harness vehicles, the 3rd row video wires can be found in the 20 pin black plug (plugs into the AVGM2), pins 8, Green (Vid +) and 18, white (vid -).

GM2, so you want me to splice the 2nd tv wires to the 3rd tv wires and where is the 2nd tv wires? which connector as you stated they are in two different connectors. Do you have a connector breakdown or wiring schematic?

i also have a question on the dual zone feature. when i select anything in the front and the dvd in the rear even with the sound for the rear max out ( 40 ) it's hard to hear in the back of the truck the sound for the dvd.
