JVC KW-840BT in 2011 Traverse

Post by sherm1082 »

I installed the JVC radio in my wife's Traverse. No problems with install besides the fact there is a connection for the rearview camera but there isn't a signal for the camera in the radio area. Anyway, the question I have is about the programmable buttons for the steering wheel. You used to be able to press one of the buttons to cycle through the radio presets but that option isn't available. Is that a feature that can be added?

This is a settings thing; On the JVC radio, you just need to change the seek type in the radio and that will allow it to cycle through presets instead of stations when you hit seek.
