That address comes up as a residence and not a business. The support group is for our dealers.

please confirm: is this forum access only limited to professional/businesses? I bought the remote start module from Omegalink for my BMW - this is purely for personal use and not for others. please confirm so i can decide on returning the product if support is not available/accessible.
