Maestro Rr Not Detected

Post by dangerruss »

I got a replacement Rr module in the mail and I am trying to program it before installing in my vehicle. However, the weblink app cannot detect the new module. I tried the FTDi cleaner and then installed the FTDI Driver (NEW) via admin permissions. Rebooted my computer, launched weblink, plug in the Rr module and computer cannot detect the module.
How can I fix this new module?

Thanks,
Russell

Please delete all drivers and weblink packages from the PC and reinstall from the below link.

Been there done that...didn't worked. Talked to support on line and put me through the steps with no luck. Called Crutchfield to send me another unit... the one they sent was DOA... Thanks... hopefully the next one they send will work with no issues...
