Good Morning. I would like to know if the Kenwood DMX9720XDS is supported for the Master ARR unit and is there compatible firmware to program the Master ARR unit.

The radio will be supported in the future. However, the problem is that its currently restricted as we work with our partners in the AU to get support setup and the database updated with all the vehicles in the AU that aren't available to us in NA.
If you don't mind shooting an email to maestro.support@adsdata.ca with the vehicle you are planning on installing it in. If its a supported vehicle currently we may be able to get it going for you.

Hello again.
The truth is that I was making sure the RR compatibility with the Kenwood DMX9720XDS before making the purchase. as you understand it is a lot of money. I am looking forward to changing my stock radio but would like to make sure that RR is fully compatible. I love your product and would love to integrate it with the new Kenwood radio. I'm from Spain and I have to order your product through amazon USA and I hope I don't have any problems.

Believe me when I tell you that I have reviewed all the radio models for which the RR unit is compatible and the models we can buy in Europe do not match. I do not know if it is the same radio in Europe as in the USA, but its coding does not match .
I have no other option but to wait for RR to finally be compatible with Kenwood DMX9720XDS

Is it possible to use ADS-RR (SR) -TOY02-DS (512) (3.3) or ADS-RR2 (SR) -TOY02-DS (512) (3.3) firmware on RR or RR2 units for Kenwood DMX970XDS?

That is, if at the time of programming I select the DMX1037S model and then use it with the DMX9720XDS it would be possible. I have seen that both models are practically the same in characteristics.
