Maestro Flash: Invalid Radio Serial Number

Hello,

I am trying to Flash my Maestro however have not been able to get beyond the Alpine Radio Model step. It keeps saying Invalid Radio Serial Number though I have tried entering it a million times several different ways.

Please help!

I believe we spoke on Weds, were you able to resolve this? I did verify the serial you have entered is indeed valid. Sorry for the delayed response!
