I also cannot post on this board for help. This is really frustrating to spend money on products and cannot use and cannot even get support

we're sorry about the problems you're having, we had a server issue yesterday which caused problems if you registered yesterday. We should be back up in a couple hours however if you need to flash a module you can use this:
enduser as your login
password as your password

this will allow you to get in and flash your module.
